Caretaker

Caroline

Over the last 16 years, Caroline has worked her way up from being one of our trainees to being Sarah’s deputy manager. Caroline is our only room based deputy, offering one to one support to the children in her group with special needs. In her spare time, Caroline enjoys partying with friends and watching football. Come on you Spurs!!

Tina

Has worked between our Aldrington and Shoreham nurseries for over 13 years. She is also the nursery’s Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator; liaising with families and outside agencies to meet children’s individual needs. In her spare time, Tina enjoys visiting family in Spain and adding to her shoe collection!

Sue

Sue initially studied fine art in London before pursuing her childcare career, joining the Shoreham team shortly after it opened in 1992. In her spare time, Sue enjoys music, gardening, walking in the countryside and catching up with her children and their families who live in Europe.

Young Sussex Nursery Shoreham Staff

Below to the left is a list of our staff, their current roles, and the rooms in which they work. To the right is a little bit about a randomly selected few. We’d love to tell you how wonderful each and every one is, but there just isn’t the space!
