We very much look forward to welcoming you. If you have done your research and concluded that Young Sussex is the best choice for your child, then the first thing you will need to do is register.
Using the links below you can download a printable PDF form or a Microsoft Word version, which can be completed on your computer.
Please look at these in conjunction with our terms of business.
Registration requires the payment of a non-refundable registration fee of £20. Until this is paid, your form cannot be processed. How to pay.
Once we have been able to reserve your required sessions, a deposit equivalent to 2 weeks of your proposed attendance is required to secure your child’s place. How to pay.
This is held for the duration of your child’s attendance and refunded in full when they leave, so long as our terms of business are met.
Information about taster sessions will be sent to you in due course, but should be arranged at least 2 weeks in advance of your preferred start date.
If you have any more questions you’d like answered, please either call or email your preferred nursery and ask to speak to the nursery manager or deputy.
If you call out of hours or we are unable to answer you call, please leave a message including your name, contact number and a convenient time to call back.
If you email us, please can we ask that you include a contact number so that we can call you if necessary.
Select contact us for an overview of the nurseries’ locations and to see which one is most convenient for you.
We are happy to arrange show-rounds Monday to Friday (subject to availability) at a time to suit you. We try to avoid doing show-rounds over lunch and during drop-off and pick-up times as these periods can often be very busy.
During a show-round, the nursery manager or deputy manager will show you our nursery facilities and answer any questions you may have.
Often it is difficult to know quite what to ask. More than anything, you just want to be reassured that you child will be safe, happy and well cared for.
The FIS have produced a simple reference guide entitled Questions for you to ask childcare providers that you might find helpful when visiting us (and indeed any other nursery).
Please call us to arrange a show round at at mutually convenient time. If you email, please include a contact phone number, your child’s name, date of birth and an indication of when you are thinking of starting nursery so that we check availability in their room.
Please select contact us for details.
